Of a sister... lost & found 2006-08-02 ~ 10:48 a.m. My sister sent me a text page last night.Letting me know she wanted to talk on the phone Sunday am... That sounds like a simple daily inocuous sort of thing. On the surface. I haven't heard from my sister in months. Many months. She was lost. The reasons are not mine to tell.... After a few minutes of how are you? what have you been doing...? kind of conversation.... my world was shifted by one statement. "Lin ~ I have cervical cancer." We talked for more than 2 hours on the phone... we talked about a lot of things. I didn't cry until I hung up the phone. And now I am having difficulty making the tears stop. So many things....
