 Love & the art of baking 2003-12-23 ~ 9:22 p.m.  Two days... Just two days until Christmas. Lilly is very excited. Daniel has things under the tree. Lilly has a box full of things... these things please me. I have baked for a week now. Sugar cookies, chocolate caramel thumbprint cookies, Chocolate bliss cookies, Punitions (a french butter cookie), Jam thumbprints... bread... cherry cheesecake, peach cheesecake... cherry pie... Offerings of love to people I care about... I hope it means something to them. I have put a lot of thought and care into each turn of the spoon. In case I don't wander through here again before Christmas... Bright and happy holidays
